Queenstown Airport and LS travel retail Pacific to extend duty free concession to 2023

Originally scheduled to conclude in 2016, the agreement will see the travel retailer fully refit the 2 departure and arrival stores, bringing an exciting mix of local and international brands and a true sense of place to the duty free offer at Queenstown.

New Zealand’s 4th busiest international airport, Queenstown is enjoying rapid passenger growth backed by the region’s international reputation and popularity as a unique tourism destination. LS travel retail took-over the stores in July of this year, as part of their 100% share acquisition of Duty Free Stores Wellington Limited (DFSWL).
