LS travel retail Pacific unveils major retail development at Adelaide Airport

The company officially opened a number of new stores during a launch event held on Wednesday night, including the Australian debut of Aelia Duty Free, a ‘next generation’ evolution of the well known NewsLINK concept and its recently opened Victoria’s Secret Beauty & Accessories and tech2go stores.

The development increases the retailer’s footprint at Adelaide Airport to 1,700sqm across 9 brands, with the new stores joining existing NewsLINK, Relay, Icons South Australia, Australian Made, Purely Merino and Smiggle outlets.

Lagardère Services Chairman and CEO, Dag Rasmussen—in attendance for the opening—acknowledged the strength of the retailer’s long-term partnership with Adelaide Airport as pivotal in creating a dynamic retail offer. Rasmussen went on to describe the openings as testament to LS travel retail’s commitment to be a leader across all segments of Travel Retail, from Duty Free & Luxury to Travel Essentials and Foodservices.
