Lagardere Services Launches a New Approach to Fashion at Changi T2

One of Asia-Pacific’s prime gateways has received a retail make-over following the launch of the specialist, luxury-brand Fashion Gallery at Changi Airport, Singapore.

The Fashion Gallery is one of the region’s largest multi-brand airport fashion outlets, showcasing 17 international designer luxury brands, demonstrating Lagardere Services’ ability to create exciting retail solutions that exceed customer expectations and cater to airports’ needs.

The launch of The Fashion Gallery showed off a stylish, easily navigable design and saw the use of travel retail’s first ever Facebook “magic mirror” marketing campaign. Initially started to raise awareness of The Fashion Gallery before it was launched, the Facebook campaign reached new levels with its specially installed “magic mirror”. Shoppers were able to take a stylish photo of themselves with their potential purchases and upload it directly to their Facebook page to share with friends around the world.

The Fashion Gallery follows on the heels of the success of multi-brand stores across the Pacific and Europe. It will allow Changi’s 12 million annual international travellers to experience what COO Emmanuel de Place calls LS travel retail’s “wealth of expertise and knowledge in high-end and luxury retailing”.
