Aelia Duty Free poised to make Australian Debut at Adelaide Airport

LS travel retail Pacific will bring the renowned duty free brand to Australia as part of a major refit of Adelaide Airport’s landside and airside stores.

Following the success of the Queenstown duty free venture, LS travel retail Pacific will bring Adelaide a number of new brands such as Napoleon Perdis and Givenchy and look to develop existing brands such as Chanel and Estee Lauder.

Keeping with their commitment to a maintaining a strong sense of place, the new look stores will draw on the retailer’s popular “Icons of South Australia” concept to showcase South Australia’s exceptional wines. In liquor, a special focus on whisky, South Australia’s number one category, will bring with it a number of personalisations from big brands.

Work is already underway, and Aelia Duty Free is expected to open at Adelaide Airport late October 2013.
